Wer steckt hinter rubstarlovescooking?

Mein Name ist Ruby und ich bin 26 Jahre alt. Wie ihr vermutlich alle wisst, koche und backe ich unheimlich gerne. Neben dem Kochen und Backen, liebe ich es auch aktiv zu sein und Sport zu machen. Außerdem tanze ich gerne - am liebsten Ballett. :-)
Um mich zu entspannen mache ich gerne Yoga (Ashtanga) und meditiere. Für ein ausgeglichenes Leben brauche ich Bücher und lange Spaziergänge. Seit neuestem bin ich ein riesen Fan von Hörbüchern und verbringe gerne mal einen Abend auf der Couch mit einem guten Tee und einem schönen Hörbuch. 

Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit sind mir sehr wichtig, weshalb ich darauf achte woher meine Kleidung kommt (am liebsten Second Hand oder Fair Fashion), was ich esse (am besten vegan) und was ich beim Duschen und Putzen in den Abfluss hinunterspüle.

The person behind the blog

My name is Ruby and I'm 26 years old. As you may have guessed I love to bake and cook. Besides that I like outdoor activities and sports. I also love to dance - especially ballet. 

To relax I do Yoga (Ashtanga) and meditate. For a balanced life I need books and long walks. I'm a big fan of audio books and love to spend an evening listening to audio books and enjoying a good cup of tea. 

Climate protection and sustainability are very important to me which is why I care about where my clothes are from (I prefer second hand or fair fashion clothes), what I eat (best vegan) and what I flush to the sewer when I shower or clean the apartment.
